We have an urgent requirement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant with one of our direct client in WA.

 

 

MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

Duration: 4 Months

Olympia, WA

Start: 1st Feb 2012

 

To implement the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 2011 application at the college.

 

This document defines the software requirements for the CRM implementation project. The CRM software runs in two modes, on-premise or on-line, or in the cloud. Currently, LWIT plans to run its CRM in the cloud. What this means is that the application data will not reside in house, but in-the-cloud on Microsoft internet servers and therefore be accessed via a browser, in this case Internet Explorer (IE). 

 

The Implementation Partner will have experience with installation, implementation and customizations of the CRM product and will assist LWIT in defining an architecture based on the needs and requirements of the organization as specified in this document.

 

DUTIES

Updated system requirements and project scope

Working application implemented on MS Dynamics CRM

Acceptance by LWIT CIO and Exec Director, College Advancement

User documentation

2 hours training for up to 15 users in classroom environment

System Admin and IT support documentation with maintenance procedures

Application source code or equivalent

Optional bid for yearly maintenance, technical support, and system enhancement
