Role:
· Define & record business processes, business rules, policies, enablers, and readiness materials related to capability workstream.
· Collaborate with SMEs to record business processes, best practices, and regional variations.
· Facilitate requirements-gathering facilitating job shadowing / interviews
· Review and offer feedback/revisions to project collateral such as Business Requirements, Design Approaches, Proof of Concepts, Scenarios, training materials, etc.
· Participate in design of testing scenarios, test script development, and UATs.
· Attend Weekly core team meetings
· Provide insights pertaining to Operations-led activities by facilitating attending workshops, or documenting suggestions, requirements, requests, pain points, feedback, etc.
· Conduct role-based, end-to-end analysis and documentation of to-be processes and optimal UX.
· Provide input into and guidance for process simplification recommendations.
· Help Identify dependencies in the project plan
