Required Skills:

ü Experience as a US Technical Recruiter.

ü Experience working on W2 Tax term.

ü Negotiation Skills.

ü Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing
services to clients.

ü Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.

ü Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly
present the profiles in time.

ü Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching,
screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on
international platforms.

ü Must have good communication (Written & oral), negotiation,
presentation & team building skills.

ü Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder,
Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and
direct mailing & resume.

ü Negotiating & finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2 &
Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens, GCH. etc.

ü Achieve Targets.

ü Team player with leadership skills.

Qualification :

v Minimum graduates with 0.6-4years experience in US recruitment .

v Candidate should be ready to work in US Shifts.

v Good communication is must.
