Role: Business Analyst
Location: Framingham, MA
Project duration: 6+ Months

 

Job description:

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Analyzes business processes, captures and documents requirements.

·       Creates a functional design to address business issues within an assigned process area. 

·       Creates and executes tests that ensure the end solution delivers the required business results. 

·       Drives adoption of the solution with the end user community.

·       Acts as day-to-day liaison between business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical teams.

·       Works closely with Business SMEs in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.

·       Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:

o   Process Maps

o   Data Flow Diagrams

o   Requirements Specifications

o   Functional Design & configuration

o   Use Case Scenarios

o   Acceptance Testing
