Required Skills:
Need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Java environment
Must have expert knowledge of the JEE stack.
Strong understanding of object oriented principals and design patterns.
Must have the ability to develop and debug enterprise Java applications.
Must be able to review code and enforce best practices for other developers.
Must be able help testers and perform testing of the application.
This developer will need to hand hold testers on running jobs, debugging stacks/traces.
Must be conversant with MS access and VB scripting because there will be some report development work in MS Access and VB script
The candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to lead other developers and communicate with other teams.
The candidate must not only be able to answer the 'how' questions related to development, but the 'why' questions.
