·    At least 4-6 years of experience in Java/J2ee

·    Should be an Expert in Java/J2ee (Struts, Spring and hibernate)

·    Working knowledge in Oracle

·    Candidate must have good communication skills

·    Candidate must be a self-starter, show initiative and flexibility.

·
