Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (lead)	4months+	50$/hr on c2c or 1099 basis…	MN - Bloomington

Brief Description Of Assignment:

Performs and leads processes related to quality assurance for new software development systems and applications Responsible for identifying and reviewing activities and deliverables critical to project quality Develop and execute Quality Management Plan, Review and Audit Plan Responsible for informing, enabling, reviewing, and reporting on project process performance Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s). May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development. Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities Experience with IT Strucured Software Testing, Testing Specialized, TestDirector, and WinRunner Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle Ability to mentor and act as first line supervisor to lower level staff Ability to develop and execute effective plans for quality management, review, and audit Ability to track and develop metrics for quality assurance To the extent that it is reasonable, goes the extra mile to make sure that each individual s needs are met. Tailors the information to appeal to the level and interest of others Outlines potential cost/savings outcomes of technology use Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation Takes initiative to work on challenging or stretch work assignments Bachelor of Science degree or Equivalent or 4+ years of experience
