Requirement Details

Location: Sanjose, CA
Level : Intermediate/Senior
Duration : 3 months+

Role/Key qualifying skills: 
Hands on experience in firmware development for microcontrollers.
Experience in object oriented programming using C++ is a must.
Should be well-conversant with structured firmware and software development life cycle. 
Experience in using debugging tools such as JTAG, Logic and Bus Analyzers. 

Desirables (as many):
Hands-on experience in verification and trouble shooting in an embedded firmware application preferable with ARM based development tools 
Prior experience working with SSD/USB/embedded storage devices.
Prior experience in Storage protocols such as USB, SCSI, SATA, CF, MS, eMMC
Prior experience in working with simulators to test firmware/performance modeling

Soft skills:
Good oral and written communication skills and experience in working with teams at multiple locations.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment.
Self-motivated and a very good team player.


Skills: firmware c++ storage protocol microcontroller in-circuit emulator logic
