Experience in Agile execution,

 

Able to analyze and provide solutions to complex problem situationsindependently, able to guide team members technically as well as in projectexecution, able to conduct a long discussion on the domain with customer seniorexecutives, spent above 4 years in the domain specific to PE. Can train others. Ability to lead Process Improvement projects independently Ability to execute& guide projects on one or more PE Products Experience in multiple projects inthe PE domain with expert knowledge of any one from ITG, ITOS, SPI or BPM andproficient knowledge in 1-2 other domains An idea about project delivery andrelationship aspects that affect CSAT Knowledge of capacity building / changemanagement methodology and experience in conducting tasks associated with thesame for project

 

Should be expert user in tools depending on domain; be able to use advancedfeatures such as modeling, simulation etc. Should be able to guide users (otherconsultants and customers) on usage Able to apply process knowledge along withtools to define optimum process / tool combinations Should be able to providefunctional requirements to tool installations and base configurations Specifictool will depend on domain: (For example: Rational for ALM, BMC for ITOS, AIRISfor BPM, etc.)

 

Has knowledge of at least one industry. Able to handle intelligentconversations with business stakeholders Able to provide industry specificsolutions; Aware of sources for industry benchmarks
