-->SAP CRM Middleware-SAP CRM Middleware:  Expertise in defining publication and subscription of sitesbusiness objects, perform initial download,delta download, Too and fro datareplication with SAP and non SAP systems

2. Should have understanding on someindustry specific object replication like Utilities

3. Good Knowledge on IDocs,BDocs. Should have detailed insight on BDoc Services and architecture.

4. Experience in Groupware intergration is preferred
