NOTE:: Need Experience in the any of the following technology (Microstrategy, Teradata, or SAP BW)

Responsibilities:

 

·         Analyze requirements and designs
·         Identify test data requirements and participate in data creation
·         Identify test scenarios
·         Create/Review detailed test cases in Quality Center
·         Write and execute SQL to assist in the validation of the data in the reports
·         Test metrics, attributes and reports
·         Capture results in detailed test scripts in MS Excel
·         Use Quality Center to log test steps, results and document defects
·         Participate in the troubleshooting of the cause of the defects with the development team
·         Reports progress on problem resolution to management

 

Skill Level:

 

·         Experienced Test Analyst – 5+ years experience in testing, all phases including unit, system, integration, regression, performance and user acceptance

·         Intermediate Experience in the technology (Microstrategy, Teradata, or SAP BW) - 3-5 years experience on implementations working with a development or testing team, requires ability to develop complex queries in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting

·         Initiative & ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal guidance or direction.

·         Understanding of business intelligence reporting design principles, methodologies & techniques

·         Good data analysis and debugging skills

·         Understanding of SDLC

·         Excellent communication

·         Retail industry experience preferred
