Looking for 2 Ruby on Rails developers ( 1 mid and 1 senior level)
Location: Dallas, TX
Interview: process 1 phone interview and then one MANDATORY in-person interview.
Duration: 6+ months, they have a strong preference for Contract to Hire, so Green Card, EAD and US citizens preferred but will do contract for a great candidate.

 
Project overview:   They are in process of moving it in-house for build out, launch, enhancements, etc.  Looking for 2 Ruby on Rails developers to start ASAP.  1 can be a mid-level developer, the other needs to be more senior with architecture / design experience.
 
Skills / Experience
·         2 - 5 years' experience developing with Ruby on Rails

·         Web portal development experience to include shopping cart

·         Full SDLC experience required

·         Additional experience with other web development technologies preferred (Java, Cold Fusion, etc.) as it will give them a more well-rounded skillset

·         Experience in smaller team / start-up environment

·         Web / graphics design experience a nice to have

·         Experience developing in the cloud is a big plus

 
Other
·         Flexible, informal, dynamic environment

·         Will consider FTE or contractor

·         Benefits will be available for fulltime candidates though I don't yet have details.  It is a small company so they won't be great, but they will be available if needed.
