Overall Job Description:

• At least 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development Test Analysis.
• At least 3+ years experience with Quality Assurance and Software Testing Tools.
• MUST have at least 1+ years experience working in an Agile Scrum environment / methodology.
• Knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development) is Preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Automated Testing Tools (Fit, FitNesse, QuickTest Professional and LoadRunner)
• Knowledge and working experience with HP Quality Center Test Management Tool.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Financial Services Project exp, Home Loans, Mortgage Lending, On-Line Banking
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced Agile like environment
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with Application Developers
• Experience testing Client/Server and Web software. 
• Knowledge of Internet and enterprise software technologies including web and application servers.
• Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio).
