NEED: Webmethods Developer(Webmethods Developer,6+Months)

Location:     VA-Virginia/Mclean
Duration: 6+ Months

We currently seek a Development, Senior (webMethods) who will be responsible for updating existing applications including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to adopt secure and managed file transfer mechanism based on IBM Sterling based product.  The developer will be working with Technology Service, Delivery Services to update the application.
• Should have worked as senior technical person in a large organization with hands on experience in Software AG WebMethods development and can create complex flow/Java services
• Develop/Design Integration solutions using webMethods 8.x platforms
• Experience in WebMehods EDI , Trading Network modules, administration of WebMethods Integration server
• UNIX, Java/J2EE, WebLogic,, Web Services, SQL, Relational Database is preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in system analysis, design or programming and the associated development methodologies
• Follow AMCP methodology(Application Maintenance Change Process), COTS and ICMP (Infrastructure Change Management Process, Standard tools, IT Controls and Quality standards
• Multiple deployments will be planned each month and developer will support with bug fixes and deployment documentation.
• Collaborates with multiple application development teams, and cross function teams within Technology Service, Delivery Services and business to ensure expected goals are delivered.
• Providing resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable
• Working under limited direction while independently determining and developing approaches to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives
• Interacting with senior personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines
• Proven communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
Skill:                 Senior (7+ yrs)
Skills:                 Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Middleware integration platforms (TIBCO, Vitria,Seebeyond, WebSphere MQ, etc.)
• Eclipse
• JAVA
• UNIX
• DB2/Oracle / SQL Server
