Test Lead/Manager
LOCATION	Delaware
DURATION	6 MONTHS
INTERVIEW PROCESS	TELEPHONIC
REQUIRED SKILLS: Test Management/Consultant Functional/Manual/Agile Testing, Quality Center, QTP Test Management • Governs the process compliance of all the QA Programs to adhere to the Test Factory standards. • Responsible for maintaining the version control of all the test deliverable templates. • Ensure the changes to the templates are published and communicated to the entire team. • Organize Test Factory Process training for the new entrants of test organization. • Evaluate the process compliance for each QA program on a periodical basis and publish the Process Compliance Scorecard. • Participate in Test Plan/Test Specifications/Test Scripts Review meetings. • Responsible for Constantly Improving Test Factory Process and its alignment towards meeting the goal of Organizational Objectives. • Periodically realign and revisit the QA Operating Model and ensure Resource Responsibilities are engineered to drive Organizational needs. • Lead the Proof of Concept meetings to evaluate/implement new testing tools/processes. • Participate in portfolio level test status meetings and suggest on the mitigation plans for the risks Test Planning, Preparation and Execution • Review and Approve the Project Level and Program Level • Test Plan developed by the Test Team • Participate in the status meetings and review the current Status of critical Projects. • Review and approve the test estimation, test specifications, test scripts and test sign off report. • Review Key Issues & Risks raised by the Project Team and Approve Contingency Plan developed for the same • Ensure adherence to the Test Factory process standards in all the test deliverables. • Responsible for  reviewing and approving the Entry/Exit Criteria for each QA program/project
