Senior .Net Developer
LOCATION	Olympia, WA
DURATION	12 Months
INTERVIEW PROCESS	TELEPHONIC
Special Notes: Need 3 references for submitting candidates
REQUIRED SKILLS: • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and at least five (5) years of experience developing Web-based applications. Education and experience can substitute with two (2) years of experience serving as one (1) year of education. • Proven ability to architect and describe technical solutions to functional and non-functional system requirements. • Proven ability to develop data models for Web applications. • Proven ability to develop and update Microsoft SQL Server Databases (2005 or later). • Proven experience developing Web applications using Visual Studio IDE (2008 or later), .NET Framework 4.0 and later and C#. • Proven ability to design and build web services based on SOA patterns and best practices. • Proven ability to work with processes for the review, negotiation, and acceptance of formal project deliverables. • Proven ability to perform unit testing, integration testing and support system testing. • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: • Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience working with state government projects. • Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience working with data matching software. • Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience in school and/or district data systems. • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services or other Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes.
