Position : SAP HR/SAP HCM Performance Tester
Location : New Jersey
Duration : 6+ months
Note: SAP ERP /HR experience should be current (i.e. within last 6 months to 1 year)
Experience : 8 - 10 years (4 - 6 years of Performance Testing)
Job Description:
- Primary Skills: Performance Testing using HP Performance Center
- Secondary Skills: SAP preferably HCM / any Packaged HCM / ERP systems
Details:
- Hands on experience in performance test strategizing, planning, scripting, execution, metrics reporting & analysis using HP Performance Center for SAP / ERP projects -SAP HCM project experience is highly desirable
- Exposure to various third party tools to measure performance of infrastructure (hardware, network, database, etc) specific to SAP / ERP projects
- Performance testing experience to simulate load generation from different Geo's across the world
- Exposure to batch jobs/interface execution, analyzing the batch window & time, knowledge of inbound/outbound interfaces to & from SAP HCM system
- Good understanding of test data management for performance testing
- Experience of testing Payroll runs for SAP HCM system desirable
- Good cross team coordination & communication skills.
