Need .Net Technical Lead in NC.

Position: .NET Technical Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ Months (Skype Hire!)

 

Must have 10+ years of Software Development, at least 2 years of running a development team.

Must have strong Rational Rose or Sparx Enterprise experience.

 

1.    Large application development project experience

2.    Experience with traceability from design artifacts back to requirements

3.    Have experience working in an environment  with formal development procedures and producing formal project artifacts

4.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5.    UML diagram types: Use Case, Component, Deployment, State, Sequence

 

Technical Lead

1.    Must be able to read and understand VB6 code, but will not be doing development in VB6

2.    Strong design and development management experience. Must  have experience leading development teams

3.    Visual Studio 2010 Professional Level

4.    .Net 4.0 framework

5.    SSIS and SQLServer Change Capture experience are nice to have.
