Job Title : TIBCO DEVELOPER
Location : Atlanta, GA
Duration : 1 Year Contract
Job Description:
Under general direction, the TIBCO developer is expected to independently develop, modify, and implement moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards.
Normal duties include: translating customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written; independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems; and perform as a top level technical
contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge.
May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge and may also serve in the MST Solutions Framework roles of Development Lead, Testing Advocate, or Operations Advocate.
SoftSkills Needed
Experience with developing software solutions
Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment
Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
Technical Skills Needed
5 to 10 years of strong experience with TIBCO Enterprise Suite of Products such as TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO Adapter Suite and TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk.
Expertise in designing and architecting various EAI and B2B projects by using TIBCO tools and technologies
Expertise in TIBCO EMS/JMS - installing the EMS, creating Queues, Topics, User's and Roles & configuring various EMS options.
Expertise in implementing SOA concepts by designing and developing Web Services using WSDL, SOAP and Service palettes using SOAP/HTTP and SOAP/JMS with TIBCO Business Works.
Experience in user management, system and domain monitoring and management using TIBCO Hawk and TIBCO Administrator.
Expertise in JAVA, J2EE, Oracle database highly desirable.
