Position Summary Description/Responsibilities:                                                                                              

·         Ability to create analyze, interpret and implement business requirements around QNXT Core systems

·         Ability to work in a consultative capacity in creating source to target document for a BI project that comprises of QXNT as one of the sources

·         Design specification document for ETL Designers

·         Apply previous experience and knowledge to research and resolve claim/encounter issues, pended claims and update system(s) as necessary.

·         Participate in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans.

·         Maintain thorough and concise documentation for tracking of all provider, contract, benefit or reference table configuration change request forms (CCRF) for quality audit purposes.

·         Weight complexity for all requests received.
