Job Description:

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 6 months

Client: Union Bank

1. In depth Informatica knowledge to be able to guide offshore team, review ETL code, perform development at onsite, support critical high severity issues during UAT.

2. User access managements, Informatica Repository management, admin activities.

3. Object migration – creating deployment document, performing deployment activities between different environments.

4. Production deployment Plan/ Components move/ Historical loads in migration/ Post production validation.

5. Create high level & technical design documents, offshore coordination (clarifying offshore doubts and guiding them)

6. Code Review/ Peer Review/Design Review, create/assist in Unit Test Plan/Integration test Plan/ UAT test plan, create deployment plan.

7. Production support/ Monitoring/ Automation/ Process Improvements.

8. Knowledge of overall ETL architecture to be able to support TFP Environment (SQL Server 2008, SSIS 2008)
9. Offshore task management, timesheets/task sheets/issue tracking sheets/query Tracking sheets

10. Help BA in requirements gathering phase, provide estimates for the projects/tasks.

11. Perform database profiling based on the requirements.

12. Taking active part in business discussions during requirements/user acceptance phases.
