Job Description:

 

JD for PS CRM Techno Functional

 

•       Interact with clients to understand requirements and plan deliverables

•       Provide regular updates to clients and managers about the work progress

•       Help resolve offshore questions/concerns and issues regarding project

•       Interact with members from other application teams to complete the dependent work for project

•       5-8 years of Experience in PeopleSoft CRM Techno-functional role (Preferably PeopleSoft Services / Sales).

•       Need to have good communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

•       Must have PeopleSoft Technical Skills

•       Must have rich working experience in Integration Broker messages and Application Engine batch jobs

•       Should be knowledgeable about PL SQL and should have worked with Oracle DB

•       Should be good at capturing requirements and understanding them from clients

•       Should be able to go extra mile to meet required deliverables
