Job Description:

8-10 years of relevant experience including 5+ years experience in administration and development of Salesforce.com.

- Salesforce Certified advanced Administrator and/or advanced Developer  is required

- Experience with the Salesforce.com web services API

- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java,PHP or C#, SOAP-based web services (SOA)

- Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, etc.)

- Excellent personal project-management skills

- Ability to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way by e-mail, and phone.

- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce Sales Cloud application coupled with good understanding of the business processes

- Experienced in Sales Oriented Platform with some experience in Microsoft Excel

- Strong attention to detail & excellent problem-solving skills

- Experience working within a team environment and independently.

- Experience in thinking through problems creatively.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
