Minimum Requirements:

| 8 | Experience working effectively in a project team environment |
| 3 | Experience serving as a developer/analyst for highly complex client/server applications |
| 3 | Experience developing program specifications and test plans |
| 3 | Experience programming in J2EE |
| 2 | Experience programming with JSPs |
| 2 | Experience programming with JSF |
| 1 | Experience with JAVA Web Services |
| Strong | Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills |
Preferences:( Not Mnadatory)
| Years | Skills/Experience |
|
| Bachelor's or Master's degree, including minimum of 12 hours in management science, computer science, information systems, and/or data processing |
| 1 | Knowledge of a Registration and Title System (RTS) and/or knowledge of a Point of Sale application |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience using C++ |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience using XML |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience using ASP and .NET |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience developing Mobile Device Applications |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience with Eclipse developer tool |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience working with Rational ClearCase |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience using LDAP |
| 1 | Within the last 3 years, experience performing Web design |
