We are having a new requirement for Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional consultant positions open here in Broomfield, CO.

Title:  Oracle HRMS  and Payroll Techno-Functional consultant

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Location – Broomfield, CO

Job Description: 

• Finance Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of implementation or upgrade experience in Oracle Apps R12 HCM modules
• Experience in multiple modules viz Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Incentive Compensation is required. US-GAP experience is preferred
• Ability to single handedly engage with Business and IT stakeholders, understand business process/requirements and provide solutions
• Should be able to conduct CRPs, communicate solution to the business and technical people.
• Functional experience in requirement analysis, Business Process analysis, Gap analyses, Configuration, Functional solutions, testing, cutover, Data Migration, Conversion and functional specifications of interfaces and extensions.
• Technical experience in oracle applications is a must.  Knowledge in OAF, Mod-PL/SQL is preferred
• Should know to configure the system to suit business needs and must be conversant with all related setups.
• Should be able to work with product vendor – raise SR's
