Position:NOC operators

Location: Phoenix AZ

Duration: 6 Months

 

-4 years of experience on NOC operations , IT services, consulting, and/or support fields
• Onsite NOC experience is must.
Should have understanding of batch operations, alert monitoring tools , configuration of new servers to monitoring tool. Should have understanding of either of tools: HPDM 4.2 , AD console 3.0, Secure CRT 6.7 , Configuration Manager 2007, Remote control 4.0 
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to consult and communicate with all levels in the organization, to advise management of new technology initiatives, and to propose process improvements for the benefit of the client.
•Create and maintain support documentation.
