Job Description::

 

' 10+ years of IT experience

 2+ years of experience as a PM

 Minimum 1 year of experience as an agile coach

 Scrum Master/Agile Coach certification

 Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and usage of agile tools for Project Management

 Do process consulting for customer LOBs

 Set up the Process model, Governance Structure on agile

 Coach the team and customer in Agile

 Create Agile metrics for tracking

 Give road map for configuration management, continuous improvement for agile development

 Create the product backlog and facilitate release planning, scrum meetings and retrospectives

 Good communication and customer interfacing skills

 Candidate should have long term visa
