Job Description:

Here is the JD:

The candidate will contribute to the following aspects of interface development:

·         Cross-browser (X) HTML/CSS

·         Client-side scripting, JavaScript/AJAX/jQuery,

·         Debugging

·         Technical documentation

 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

·         Understanding of development and programming principles

·         Exceptional markup and JavaScript talents applicable to a wide range of contexts

·         Familiarity with web standards and the separation of content, presentation, and behavior

·         Superb problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities

·         Excellent communication and documentation skills

·         Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

·         Command of industry development and source code control tools

·         Familiarity with the jQuery framework

·         Knowledgeable in best practices of writing unobtrusive JavaScript

·         Experience in advanced CSS techniques; the box model, table-less layouts, fluid layouts, and CSS3

·         Familiarity with usability practices

·         Familiarity with Web accessibility standards

·         Familiarity with automated JavaScript unit testing and automated functional testing
