Job Description & Technical Skill set:
Proficiency in Core Java language and J2EE environment and working knowledge of Oracle DB, and SQL.
Soft skills set:
Someone who has a positive attitude when dealing with challenges/problems, can articulate their thoughts well to both technical and
non-technical audiences, has a mindset of challenging status quo, and knows how to collaborate well (e.g. balances give and take).
