Requirements Analyst / System Analyst

This Contractor consultant (consultant) will work with the client design team to develop the STARS design and to develop written system specifications.

The desired consultant will have experience in all aspects of the development of medium to large sized systems.

Experience in requirements development, system design, programming, and testing functions are required
