Job Description:
SAP - PM/EAM Functional requirement:
Functional Expertise & Strategy - Work with IT Business Solution Architects to provide strategic guidance within the overall SAP technology roadmap and promote SAP solutions.
• Build Functional Designs for SAP Work Management processes based on business requirements.
• Apply SAP standards and best practices into functional designs.
• Identify and estimate RICEF objects required to meet requirements
• Perform SAP configuration and data modeling
• Work with Development and Implementation Team to build technical designs and configure applications.
• Component/Assembly testing of applications.
• Consult with Testing CoE to build and verify Test Scripts.
• Provide consulting and support for day-to-day system operations, interact with third party interface providers for end-to-end solution support.
• Provide functional expertise in the SAP PM module and cross module impact analysis
• Provide SAP break fix guidance for Energy Delivery, Energy Operations and Energy Generation lines of business.
• Incident Response and end user support – Provide Level 2 support to the TSC. Provide estimates for new development and enhancements.
• Participate in defect management process, set priorities, research issues, and discuss compliance impacts and timelines.
• Create or maintain Solution Manager Business Process RepositoryThanks & Regards,
