SAP HCM PBC consultant needed for a contract position in NY - 7 Months - Open Rate!!!

We are looking for a  SAP HCM PBC consultant for a contract position in NY

 

 

Place of work    :Bronx, NY onsite.

Hours                    :40 Hrs per week, on site.

Duration              : 7 Months

Rate                       :Open

 

 

SAP HCM PBC/Benefits Consultant.

 

Responsibility

 

·         Implement SAP HCM Benefits, Position Budgeting and Control module in a US Public sector environment.

·         Work with project team to realize the overall core HR solution delivery and contribute to the project success.

·         Liaise with offshore consultant team in managing the project delivery for PBC and Benefits.

·         Responsible for the deliverables for SAP HCM PBC and Benefits.

 

Requirements profile

 

·         Min 3 - 5 Years of SAP HCM solution implementation experience in Core HR with focus on PBC and Benefits.

·         Resource should have experience in full life cycle implementation of blue printing, training, preparation of end training materials, prototyping and testing.

·         2 Full cycle implementation experience in SAP HCM - PBC.

·         Integration experience with US Payroll for Benefits and PBC.

·         Experience in Personal Budget plan management and integration with Public sector Funds Management – Budgeting

·         Integration experience with Budget planning tools (ex.SAP BPC for personal budget plan management)

·         Implementation of commitment Processor and integration with Funds, Grants, Projects.

·         Good experience in PCP with different data collection processes, BADIs

·         Experience in offshore resources coordination for deliverables.

·         Good team player.
