JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Duration – 6 months

Start – Immediate

Location: Houston, TX

 

JD as below:

 

2 Functional consultants for upto 6 months

SAP FI/CO Expertise

1 position with 4-8  years of hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP FI/CO module

1 position with 3-4  years of hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP FI/CO module

 

Investigate and lead  new requirements and assist in the Pentair Merger process.

Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support

Strategy and roadmap for SAP in the Financials area.

Review User Business requirements and identify gaps.

Develop functional specifications for system changes.

Configure the SAP FI/CO system to meet the business requirements.

Analyzes and evaluates business solutions and systems.

Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports

Need to do some user support - we have a couple of areas that need a little attention.

                

Design of interfaces and conversion programs.

Collaborate with business on modifications of BPP'S (Blue Prints) & updating them

Update the functional specifications and working with the technical team.

Provide general functional support in FI/CO business systems analysis

Test modules as required providing test results and anomaly information. 

Support testing activities by creating test plans, writing and reviewing test scripts; assist with integration testing to ensure that new functionality works as designed and does not adversely affect existing functionality.

  

Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations/ Delivery

Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with managers from various departments

Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Commitment to detail, quality and continuous improvement under tight deadlines

Work with business partners and Users throughout process to ensure solutions meet business requirements

Experience with client facing consulting engagements
