Senior .NET / MS Dynamics CRM Developer
The successful candidate will have proven experience of structured design work, of taking ownership of technical decisions and be able to demonstrate the ability to create innovative technical solutions.
You will work closely with other development and support consultant providing technical guidance and assurance. You will laisen with colleagues in different locations, agreeing on technical approach with them and taking responsibility for the technical quality of work delivered.
The candidate will be part of the project team that supports, designs, architects and develops .NET applications to support the financial applications. You'll code and unit test C#.NET programs. In this role you'll interface with the end users and the project sponsors to gather requirements and analyze business processes. As a member of the system integration test team, you'll be called upon to fix bugs and run scripted tests.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• MS .NET Development - 3 to 5 years
• MS Dynamics CRM knowledge preferred
• ASP.NET
• VB.NET / C#
• .NET 3.5 / 4.0 Framework
• SQL Server 2005 / 2008
• Data Structures, Collections and Design Patterns
• SourceSafe (a Microsoft source control software oriented to small software development projects)
• Use of Stored Procedures
Java, PowerBuilder or oracle development experience is plus.
Strong Analytical skills.
Ability to transform business requirements into technical requiremets and design and implement a solution..
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good oral and written communication skill.
Will only consider candidates based in Seattle area or willing to relocate
Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations. Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 7 to 10 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
