We are looking for a Program Manager with a background leading HRIS initiatives to join a life sciences company that has recently acquired several new businesses. This person will need to have a background in leading large scale projects to convert / migrate / integrate HRIS systems into corporate parent.

We need someone who can manage a program involving multiple projects. The program is currently in a requirements gathering stage and we are looking for someoone to come on board ASAP to kick off the rollout / implementation / conversion / integration efforts, manage the projects through completion and ultimately stay on board for post rollout support activities. Currently the company is only looking to convert US based business units but long term goal is to transition international HRIS systems. We would like to have this Program Manager stay on board and manage the international efforts.

Program manager will report into IT and will work with stakeholders from both the corporate parent and newly acquired company, stakeholders will include Corporate HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and 3rd party vendors. The client has most of the technical expertise on staff in the form of both internal employees and contracted resources, they are lacking a solid Program Manager to pull this all together.

Requirements:

Program / Project Management experience in large scale integration efforts (Merger and Acquisistion a M&A)
Significant HRIS Leadership experience (JDE HR, Peoplesoft, Workday, Ceridian, ADP, 401k)

Human Resources / Payroll / IT Strategy ~ Transformation ~ Business & System Integration
Mergers & Acquisitions ~ Complex, large scale project management
