Requirements Details:

Position: Retail Business Analyst

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: 6 months contract

 

Job Description: 

 

MUST have retail or supply chain or merchandising experience!  Retail banking does NOT count.  I want someone from a retail company, such as Kohl's.

Most important skillset:

1. Retail and / or supply chain BA experience 
2. RMS BA experience 
3. Strong requirements elicitation and very strong documentation skills. 
4 . Strong visio skill

5. Also, one of them needs strong data modeling background. 

The Oracle Merchandise Program is expected to need 28 BA's to support this major business initiative. 19 of these will be Oracle Functional BA's based in the US and 9 of them will be Reporting / Business Intelligence BA's. 

Must possess the following skills: facilitation, ability to illicit requirements, prioritization facilitation, ability to gain buy-in, excellent communication skills, impact analysis, logical analysis, negotiation, collaboration with business and technical teams, business process modeling, ability to create individual and end to end UAT plans, knowledge of change mgmt. processes, knowledge of legacy application landscape, and conflict resolution. Must be willing and able to travel. A preference would be that the candidate have prior Oracle Retail experience and possess detailed functional knowledge of various Oracle modules. Responsible for performing all business analysis, defining UI screens (where appropriate), defining UAT strategy-plans-test cases, working with Change Mgmnt to identify training strategy and plans, working with security to define security roles, working with Oracle support to resolve application issues.
