Qualifications Required
All automated testing contractor candidates must have experience with:
· Formalized testing and system development lifecycle, specifically with claims entry, processing and data analysis to support claims validation
· Hewlett Packard Quality Center (QC) and / or Application Lifecycle Management v11 (ALM v11) and Quick Test Tool (QTP).
Role and Responsibilities
All automated testing contractors will assist the ST&I TT team with various testing activities such as:
· Collaborating with the Tech Lead in reviewing business requirement document(s) and functional specifications and / or use cases for the assigned as input into the creation of testing materials.
· Creating all necessary testing documents and supporting peer review and revision of documents, in support of the project.
· Maintaining traceability between the base-lined business requirements, functional specs / use cases and test scenarios/cases.
· Assisting with:
o Running test scripts using the QTP from the desktop and/or from Virtual Machine instances
o Analyzing test results and correct issues in the test input data
o Providing test case execution status and reviewing output/reports
o Reporting and tracking defects
o Preparing status reporting for the Test Manager and various workgroups
o Tracking testing progress
Required Qualifications
Software Testing and Technology Skills
All automation testing contractor candidates must have:
· Strong experience knowledge of health care claims processing.
· At least five (5) years of automated testing experience and full testing life cycle
· Demonstrated experience with creating test cases and corresponding test data as well as correcting data after analyzing the test results
· Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
· Proven proficiency with: SQL
· Experience/Knowledge of EDI transaction system and/or mainframe applications.
