Job Role: PMO Lead/Project Manager Level IV

Position Description
· Authority to oversee operations of project standards providing the project management processes, procedures, tools and methods for project activities.
· Directs planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities:  management of scope, reporting progress and performance, scheduling development and maintenance, risk and issue, communication plan, and maintain staffing plan.
· Monitors change controls, issues, and risk reporting, escalations, and resolution in conjunction with the Project Manager and Leadership team
· Provides guidance and assistance to the project manager and leads on processes, procedures, and tools
· Provides support to ensure client/customer service expectations are met.

 Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills
· 7+ years' experience with fixed price software development projects
· Experience with managing project team members
· Knowledge of PMBOK Methods
· PMP Certified
· Able to communicate with internal and external senior management confidently and demonstrate the professionalism of the job family.
· Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team.
· Certification:  Project Management Professional (PMP)
