Skills: Network Security engineer [CISSP certified consultant]

Potential Start Date:  ASAP

Location: Houston, TX

Duration:  6 Months

 

1st- CISSP Security certification – Security background primary
2nd – Wireless Network authentication experience and access manager on the network side.

 

3rd the below skills are next.  
 
i) #1 CORE - IT Security basics (AAA, SSL, PKI, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP, EAP-Fast, PEAP, LEAP, CHAP, MS-CHAP, multifactor AAA)
ii) At least one 3G (C, C++, Java) or script based language (Perl, PHP, Python)
iii) Linux and/or Windows from a user and sysadmin perspective
iv) Enterprise class applications and infrastructure (especially VMWare ESX)
v) Networking basics (TCP/IP, routing, switching, using packet sniffers)
vi) Proven ability to systematically troubleshoot root cause of errors with little or no supervision
