.Net Developer Need GC and Citizens

Location  : California      

Duration  : 12 Months

 Client is looking for 4 .NET developers to start a 1 year+ project. This project is a custom proprietary application for their client in CA.
 Candidates must have experience with SQL 2008 R2 Visual Studio 2010 .NET 4.0 must have experience with front end development. This is NOT a graphic artist. The front end work will be strictly from a controls standpoint.
 They must be strong with business rule as they will be building out an extensive policy engine.
 This is all new/proprietary development but they will have an older Oracle based system to use as a basic guide.
 The person who will be the lead needs to be strong on all points (front, middle and back end development). This person will also do some client facing so they want them to be a US Citizen.
 The other 3 developers can be on Visa's they need to have very good English skills.
 The positions will be in Phoenix. Local candidates are preferred. If they are from other areas its ok, but they need to relocate themselves to Phoenix. No expenses will be paid.
 Start date is firmly set for October 1st and we have the exclusive to fill all 4 positions. Please let me know if you have any questions.
