Must Have Skills:

1.       Demonstrate expertise in SOA, BRMS, Core Java / J2EE.

2.       Functional knowledge of transactional systems, some healthcare knowledge

3.       Excellent communication skills to discuss with CIOs, VPs and CTOs.

4.       Knowledge of performance tuning of Java applications is a must

5.       Identify and suggest design level changes for the betterment of the complex systems currently  available.
