Requirements: 
• 1-3 years experience as a Technical Recruiter. 
• Provide full cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires. 
• Participate in facilitating the employee referral program and the communications around the program 
• Experienced with various recruiting sources including job boards, job fairs, and networking sites. 
• Delivering quality candidates under tight deadlines 
• Familiar with various candidate management systems 
• Network extensively in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best and brightest talent for every search. 
• Perform phone based proactive candidate and sourcing activities.
• Must have experience searching, identifying, interviewing and closing candidates for various contract and full-time jobs
