a) Exp: 5+ yrs in UI dev 

b) Good exp. in HTML5, CSS3 based application dev for Web, Tablet and Mobile, JavaScript, Jquery etc., using 3rd party libraries for charts, graphs, notifications 

c) Exposure to developing native/web app for tablet/mobile using phonegap
