Start Date: 9/4/2012 
End Date: 12/31/2012 
Location: Franklin, TN 

 

Local candidates would be ideal, but not mandatory and their communication skills must be very strong... 9/10. 

Clients must come from recent Healthcare projects... if not, please do not send! 

Role Description: Data Extract ETL Developer 

Job Description: 
The Data Extract ETL developer participates in the design, documentation, development, testing, installation and support of data extract, transformation and load (ETL) programs. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, analyzing source data for potential data quality issues and addressing these issues in ETL procedures, developing data movement and data quality processes in support of reporting requirements 

* Minimum of 2 years of Informatica experience - Informatica version 9.1.0 

* Also use Tidal Scheduler in conjunction with Informatica; this would be a nice to have. 

* Needs to have a basic understanding of requirement gathering 

* Working knowledge of data warehousing principles 

* Working knowledge of dimensional modeling techniques 

* Excellent analytical skills 

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 

* Health care knowledge is a plus
