Sr. Share point developer

LOCATION: Seattle, WA and Fargo, ND

 5+ years of experience developing web application using client's technology like C#, ASP.NET AJAX, JQuery, SQL Server
• 2+ years of SharePoint 2010 development experience which should include
o Advanced knowledge of SharePoint's out of the box capabilities and how to properly extend SharePoint's functionality
? SharePoint components including templates, workflows, user authentication/authorization
? Customizing web parts, user control and application pages
? Strong knowledge of Publishing features
o Developed external-facing company SharePoint Sites required – will be able to provide reference
o Hands-on experience with SharePoint configuration and deployment automation for enterprise level solutions
? Strong understanding of Feature, packaging,  Web Template
o Strong experience using PowerShell, SharePoint Object Model , SharePoint programming & performance best practices
o Worked on multilingual sites, variations and localization
o Familiar with instrumentation
o Understand FAST Search and how to customize search
• Can delegate work and mentor team members
