* Code based Infopath forms
* SharePoint 2010 object model, client object model Programming
* SP designer2010, DataViewWeb Part, SP 2010 Designer Workflows
* Visual Studio, PowerShell
* SP 2010 central admin, config, admin
* SP migration from one environment to another

 

Should have:

* Migration Tool Experience (Metalogix Migration Manager, Ave Point etc)

* SharePoint 2010 databases (e.g. content, config, admin etc)
* SharePoint 2010 architecture
* SharePoint 2010 topologies (e.g. extranet, intranet etc)
* Custom Web Parts, Event Receivers, Features
* SP Master pages, site definitions, site themes
* Windows authentication, domain trust etc
* SP 2010 Access & Security management
* SP 2010 OOTB features (tagging, term store mgmt, content types, taxonomy, document rating etc)
* MS SQL 2005/2008
