QA Tester with Avaya exp.

Location: Northbrook, IL

Duration: 6+ months

 

 

Must have experience testing Avaya voice products.

 

Key duties/expectations of Quality Assurance Consultant:

 

•          Auditing and benchmarking of current QA structure and processes

•          Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring on best practice alternatives

•          Make recommendations to management regarding the acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase automation / efficiency

•          Providing objective assessment of quality audits to ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed

•          Evaluating existing & proposed quality assurance processes and software tools

Desired outcomes:

•          Streamline the QA process

•          Increase productivity

•          Reduce the cost of QA

•          Improve the overall quality of deliverables

•          Accelerate time-to-market (streamline the regression testing process)

•          Leverage industry leading practices to develop the workforce and skills necessary for long-term success
