Job Description:

• Strong programming knowledge in these related fields: Java; J2EE; Spring; Struts; EJB2 or EJB3; AJAX; Hibernate and other latest technologies
• Provide technical leadership for the full SDLC of the release(s)/project(s) to which you are assigned
• Design the new applications within the Target Architecture;break requirements down into development tasks to be completed
• and relay these tasks to the development team.
• Provide clear technical direction to ensure the developers understand the design and development tasks to be completed.
• Help validate alternate ways of developing the application. Troubleshoot difficult issues. Ensure development is completed on schedule.
• Retail Domain Knowledge would be an added advantage
• Excellent Communication and Client Interaction Skills
