Java Developer(Java & PL/SQL)

Title: Java Developer(Java & PL/SQL) 
Location: San Jose, CA 
Duration: 12+ months 

Candidate will be working on designing, implementing web content management systems, document imaging and workflow applications using Technologies such as JSP, JDBC , EJB, JNDI, JCA, JMS, JTA, Oracle, Weblogic and Websphere App Servers. 

Responsibilities: 

- To work on Servlets, JSP, JDBC, EJB, JNDI, Exposure to JCA, JMS, JTA, OBIEE, Business Intelligence concepts, Oracle xi, Weblogic, user requirement analysis, technical specification design, coding/modifications, performance tuning, testing, maintenance and user training. 
- Involved in part of programming team and the team consists of Business managers, functional consultants, Software Engineers and Technical developers. 
- Job Duties include requirement gathering from client and co-ordinate with project Team. 
- Analysis of functional specifications, User requirement analysis, Design and Development of technical specifications based on discussions with business owners and functional owners. After thorough analysis of functional specifications and discussions with business owners and functional owners he designs and writes technical specifications. They will be involved in troubleshooting and debugging various implementation bugs. 
- Involved in Coding using Java, Jsp, EJB, Weblogic, JDBC , XML, servlets, Java Script, Oracle. 
- Coordination of the work assignments, manage the delivery and performance of the team, while personally participating into code writing, testing, bug fixing, technical support and documentation. 
- Write various test scripts and test plans for Unit Testing. 
- Will work to gather, analyze requirements from client and co-ordinate with project team. 
- Will be involved in design and development of software projects based on internet, intranet applications. 
- Will be involved in RDBMS based Applications. 
- Work with full life cycle of software development of software which includes requirement and Object Oriented Analysis, design, development, testing and documentation. 
- Write Requirement Specification documents, design documents, Test cases and analysis, User Training documents and Technical Help documents. 
- Will be involved in designing using UML.
