Training Content Developer

Responsible for:

work with consultants during the Blueprinting phase to determine training approach and delivery

convert BPPs built during the Blueprint phase in to training material

work with training coordinator to determine training schedule for client user groups

work with PMO team to validate the content and help them deliver training

convert training material to CBT for ongoing training needs
